Doxa Foundation International, Inc.(DFI), is a Christian humanitarian, 501C3 organization, solely dedicated to serving poor people in Haiti.

Our Mission is very simple, “Glorifying God By Serving The Poor”. By serving the poor we mean providing free education to disadvantaged children, giving loans to women to start small businesses, helping local communities with reforestation of areas severely impacted by erosions, and telling people about the good news of Jesus Christ.

The organization officially started in 2008, but DFI has been serving the poor since 2005, with the opening of Ecole Doxa in San Ped, Haiti.

DFI is structured to assist the poor in four specific areas: Education, Microcredit, Agriculture, and Christian ministries, especially mass evangelization.  These four areas of service are organized in the following four departments:

  • Doxa Education (DoxaEd) makes education available to children free of charge in areas of the country where these children have no, or very limited access, to education due to the poverty level of their parents or the absence of schools in their community

  • DoxaCredit provides small loans specifically to women with a business orientation;

  • Doxa Agriculture (DoxaAg) organizes annual reforestation campaigns throughout Haiti and will provide in the future agricultural assistance to small farmers.

  • Doxa Ministries (DoxaMin) is involved primarily in mass evangelization.   Multi-media equipment is given to a team of local evangelists to take the gospel of Christ to the most remote villages of Haiti using the Jesus Film.
