Pastor Mike

Mike Sciara joined the staff of Integrity Church as Discipleship Pastor in 2025. He has served in pastoral ministry for over 15 years in local church, multi-site, and parachurch settings.

Mike’s primary role is overseeing discipleship, helping people grow from first steps of faith to spiritual maturity. He is passionate about equipping believers to follow Jesus deeply, develop strong spiritual rhythms, and live missionally in everyday life.

In addition to his role at Integrity Church, Mike also serves as Director of Church Multiplication for the EFCA Eastern District, where he supports and equips churches from New York to Virginia in areas of discipleship, leadership development, and multiplication.

Mike is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Kairos University, with expected completion in 2026.

Mike has been married to his supportive wife Heather for over 20 years, and they have four wonderful sons. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, design, and spending time with his family outdoors.
